This hotel is situated right next to the main train station, making it super accessible for travelers. Additionally, its location across the road from the main shopping area makes it perfect for those who love to indulge in some retail therapy. The staff at this hotel were attentive and provided great service, ensuring that everything was taken care of. The rooms had a beautiful Tromp l'oeial ceiling, adding a touch of elegance to the overall experience. Furthermore, the hotel had a great patio, which was perfect for enjoying some fresh air and relaxation.
All was well, no improvements needed.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with multiple restaurants, shops, and cafes just a short walk away. The proximity to the railway station, which is only about 200-300 metres away, makes it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a recently renovated bathroom. The staff provides excellent service and is always willing to help.
The elevator could use some refurbishment.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station, making it easy to travel around the city. It is also close to the main shopping area, allowing guests to easily indulge in some retail therapy. Additionally, it is convenient to central Turin sights, making it a great base for exploring the city's attractions.
One negative aspect mentioned in the reviews is the exterior of the hotel, which was described as scruffy with beggars in the arches.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had air conditioning and offered a good view from level 2. Great value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The location was fantastic, close to shops and attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the breakfast was of good quality, offering a decent variety of food options.
There were some maintenance issues in the room, such as a broken toilet seat and ripped sheets. The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly, forcing me to leave the terrace door open at night for a cooler room.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better - right next to the train station and within walking distance to all the main sights. It made day trips by train really convenient.
That the staff at reception weren't as friendly or helpful as expected. the coffee bar staff in the lobby made up for it with their friendly and helpful service.
